Cooking without water

Did you know that vegetables contain a lot of water? This allows cooking without water supply, thereby preserving all vitamins and minerals optimal.
Vegetables should always be washed thoroughly before cooking!

To cook without water, proceed as follows:
- Cook the vegetables over medium heat until steam forms.
- Set the stove on small stage.
- It is important that the cover remains on the pot so the steam remains in the pot.

Note that vegetables during cooking increases in volume. Therefore Fill the pot never further than 2/3 of its volume.

If you notice that during the cooking steam exit, you should put the hearth on smaller stage.

We recommend the following cooking times (it being understood that various vegetables different cooking times required):
- Potatoes: 20-35 minutes
- Beans, peas, cauliflower, spinach: 18-20 minutes
- Leeks: 30-40 minutes
